How long until my order arrives?
Most orders are proofed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–4 business days. Next-day shipping is available at checkout.
Can you rush an order?
Usually, yes. Email us with your event date before you order and we'll confirm whether we can make it. Put the date in the subject line and we'll see it faster.
Will my photo print well?
Send it over and we'll tell you before you pay. Low-resolution images, heavy metallics and very pale pastels are the usual problems — we'd rather flag it now than after you've opened the envelope.
Something arrived damaged.
Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll reprint and reship at no cost. No forms, no argument.
