How long until my order arrives?
Most orders are proofed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–4 business days in the US and Canada. Next-day rush shipping is available at checkout.
Can you rush an order?
Usually, yes. Email us with your event date before ordering and we'll confirm whether we can make it.
Something arrived damaged.
Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll reprint and reship at no cost.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes — for orders of 1000+ toppers or recurring bakery accounts. Tell us your quantity and how often you'd reorder.
