Every custom order is proofed before printing. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of proof approval, packed flat to arrive in perfect condition. Next-day shipping is available at checkout.

All food items are final sale — no returns or refunds
Our edible images, cake toppers, cookie toppers and drink toppers are custom-printed, perishable food products. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges, or issue refunds, on any food item once it has shipped. This is standard practice for edible goods and protects every customer receiving a fresh, food-safe product.

How shipping works
Delivery times
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days with tracking. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with the carrier during peak periods and holidays.
Where we ship & rates
We ship nationwide across the US with free shipping on qualifying orders. Rates and available speeds are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected turnaround.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Food items can't be returned, but we stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged, or isn't what you approved on your proof, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number — we'll make it right with a reprint.
Delivery address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address, and perishable food items can't be reshipped free of charge in those cases.
Cancellations & changes
Because we print to order, changes or cancellations are only possible before you approve your proof. Once printing begins the order is final and can't be cancelled or refunded.
